$125 per 50-minute session; see below for reduced fees.
Insurance
I am a preferred provider on most of the major insurance panels and I also can take EAP benefits. In most cases you will just pay a copayment after your deductible is satisfied if you have a deductible. Services may be covered in
full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for those without insurance. Payment plans can be arranged when needed.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Many companies have plans where you can set up and use a Health Care Savings Account which is not taxed for medical expenses such as therapy.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session unless a true emergency. On the first occurrence the
charge is only half of your regular fee.
