Developing a self-care plan which includes diet, exercise, and recreation
Hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, weight management, anxiety and other mind/body concerns.
In the Counseling for Psychological Aspects of Physical Illness, we work in close collaboration with your health care practitioner, health coach, or personal trainer to help you achieve the results you desire and to overcome any health challenge you or a family member is experiencing.
